I went into the Waterloo BR Station branch yesterday morning to exchange GBP into 100 Euros. I am a regular customer as I travel at least 5 times a year and travel into Waterloo daily. The rate on line was 1.19. In my rush I didn't check the rate until later. I was given a rate of 1.1364. I went back in this morning to complain, and was told I should've checked when I was in yesterday. Yes, I should have checked, but didn't expect to be ripped off. Customer service...…..what customer service!!!!!!!! Beware of being ripped off!!!!!!!!!!

I read all the previous comments about customer service agents being rude and can state that my experience was hugely different. The girl behind the counter Anu was most courteous and could not be more helpful. She honoured the online voucher rate without any qualms or irritation whatsoever. In fact the ICE At Waterloo east gave me €40 more than ICE Paddington quoted! Transaction took no more than 90 seconds. I have done a thorough research in London and they are the best rates! If ICE Waterloo keeps up rates and good work I am certainly their permanent customer. Make sure it is ICE Waterloo opposite platform 9 on the concourse, even if this place is a bit away from you trust me certainly worth the trip

Always has the best exchange rate so great for holiday cash. We try to exchange when rate is good as we travel a lot and its not always a great rate during the summer.
