Great, friendly team; late opening hours were very useful for a last-minute currency exchange. To improve - staff not aware that certain countries don’t accept dollars older than from 2006. It took quite some time to check each note and find the right amount in the correct bills. I was surprised that the exchange rate offered was lower than that I saw online. It was quickly rectified but had I not checked online, I would have got a worse deal.

Rude staff, no envelopes for cash. Bad system for reserving orders. Not clear about rates available.
