You get a good rate and the ordering process is quick and easy. However, you get no clear idea on delivery timescales especially if you order at a weekend. Website just says next working day. I ordered on Saturday morning and not unreasonably expected my order to be delivered on Monday. Stayed in all day and no order. By 4pm not even an email to say my order had been dispatched. Rang and was told it was being delivered on Tuesday! Timescales need to be clearer and communication needs to be better.

It was quiet so I didn't have to wait at the counter. The man working there was friendly and even joked about it being my birthday in 3 days time. The exchange rate is always pretty much the best available with the coupon. One minor quibble would be that I was only able to have €50 notes; it's quite nice to have smaller notes for that first coffee on arrival in Europe!
