Goods not received.... All I am told from geyser that after sales are dealing with it....now 24hrs on....not heard from them. Now upgraded......problem resolved but not witbout grumbling.......The bad weather was only for 1 day and the post office did not know why my goods had been put on one side. This is not my fault either , but you did take a long time to chase them up as to what had happened and then they told you wrong. The were delivering on Tuesday and these items should of been delivered We live on the main route from North Wales to South Wales, so there should not of been a problem. All the roads were open

Amazingly simple device fixed all my heating worries. The Retro Fit "Diverter Accessory" for MANUAL Valves made my bathroom radiator work - no more cold pipes - all now HOT HOT HOT :)

Purchased a pair of towel bars for a old type column radiator - one of the few places you can buy them in white. Excellent product and arrived quickly with good packaging. I would recommend using this company

I bought a new Kudox electrical towel rail on eBay & it was perfect other that it had a faulty element. Having looked on ScrewFix & ToolStation I could find a replacement but feedback suggested reliability might be an issue. Then I found the Geyser web site and all my questions were answered plus a 2 year warranty is offered on their elements. The videos explaining all aspects were very well presented & extremely informative. In the end I went from a 150 watt fixed temperature unit to a 300 watt controllable [MOA] type & it works perfectly now.

Great price, quick delivery only downside - element came without t-piece that other sites include with product. I should have checked I guess,but sometimes there’s a reason why things are cheaper...

Didn't get radiator when promised. Wife waited in all day but it didn't arrive. It was the delivery service that let Geyser down.

Second time I have used Geyser Radiators. Both times service and delivery have been exemplary, radiators are good quality and work well. Recommended company.

This was a third time we bought radiators from Geyser. Now we have them in all of the rooms and bathrooms, and we really like the look and the style of the radiators. The only problem with the last purchase was that one of the radiators was badly scratched by a screw, we could see the marks of the thread on one of the radiator tubes, the black paint was completely removed. Unfortunately we did not check the radiators straight away, and did not have time to deal with complaints. We just turned the radiator upside down and now the scratch is not visible. Otherwise - easy to order, quick delivery, and lovely design.
