Ordered some small radiator accessories - ie radiator towel ring and radiator top caps. Messaged me to say the radiator towel rings do not fit the radiator I had previously ordered and they refunded the money - no problems. The caps were sent and fit rad beautifully - can not wait for rad to be installed will defo send you guys some pics. Excellent service from beginning to end will also be ordering another radiator when we refit the new bathroom for the girls!

Very pleased with the two towel rails ordered from Geyser. They resolved to my satisfaction one that was damaged on delivery by organising collection and the delivery of a replacement, and subsequently a small bleed screw needed to match the first one. Happy to recommend them.

Ordered the Vesu ladder Radiator 1300 x 500 and totally love the style and quality - can't wait for it to be installed in our new en suite. Have also just ordered the caps and towel rad hooks. will also be replacing current rad in family bathroom with one from Geyser - no complaints from me.

Ordered radiator which arrived next day, as promised, nice looking product and very well packaged. When fitting , plumber noticed a small blemish on the paintwork. Contacted after-sales and matter resolved completely within a matter of hours. Excellent service. Just one word of warning - Torpedo Bianco white radiator is actually natural white and looks more cream when placed against brilliant white paintwork. Fine for us but may not look right in a white bathroom.
