Great website, very informative with good technical details on all the products. Payment methods are simple and the delivery forecast date and time were met precisely. The quality of the radiators and TRV's is excellent, the fitting and aftercare instructions that accompany the rads are simple to follow. Products look terrific now they are on the walls. I will definitely be using Geyser again for the next project - I highly recommend them.

Good website, easy to use and informative. Although the first radiator we ordered had been damaged in transit, after contacting Geyser sales support, a replacement was dispatched and received the following day with the damaged one also being collected for return to Geyser. Overall a very easy purchase. In addition, it was also useful to be able to view a selection of their radiators at the NSBRC centre in Swindon.

Very good. Good web site, found what I needed Ordered it Shipped next Day Product installed and working. Good on-line help video Only negative, Shipping box was wrong size, and broken due to over size. Installation instructions did not cover mounting other than to say it was 1 hour (I dont think so). :) But on the whole very good

I have now bought 5 radiators from Geyser, split into 4 orders and I cannot praise the company highly enough. Each transaction was faultless. There was good communication at all times. Upon delivery of the radiators I found that each one was very well protected with lots of polystyrene surrounding the rads. I did have a small problem with the user manual being in French, but one call to the company and an English copy was emailed to me. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying electric heating. PS I also love the shape/design of the radiators and they work brilliantly.
