It's on the wall and working now, the timeswitch works fine and the temperature can be selected on the element. Very happy with it.

Inadequate packaging of heavy towel rail led to one small item being lost in transit but it was readily and quickly replaced. Packaging problem already being addressed, company thoroughly recommended.

Living in Bedfordshire I made 150 mile round trip to the Swindon show room before purchasing so that I could see what I would be buying rather than buying blind from the internet. I was shocked to find that there was no one there to talk to or to order direct with but hey I saw the radiator and fantastic. Just what we were after. Placed an order over the same weekend and the radiator was delivered the Tuesday great so far. However on inspection the paint had clearly bubbled during manufacture and in each of the bubbles were clear pin marks used to bust them.... I contacted Geyser, they apologised profusely and offered to send another radiator out immediately at a cost of £157 refundable holding deposit. Hmmm ok fine as long as I receive the radiator the next day. Low and behold yes the radiator arrived and the first one taken away. Opened the second radiator, no manufacting faults but clearly had been dropped at some point either on delivery or on the warehouse and the bottom corner was cracked and bent. E-mailed proof over again and again I received an apology with another replacement radiator promised. This time I did not pay the £157 and waited a few extra days. The second radiator was collected. The £157 was refunded within a couple of days. No biggy. The last radiator was delivered and to say I was disgusted is an understantement. They clearly wrapped the box a lot better than they had before and upon opening the box I was shocked to discover the bottom corner of the radiator had been dropped and cracked the radiator. One of the valve caps were missing and there was the remains of rusty water and on closer inspection the hanging brackets were scraped where they had clearly been put on someone's wall I was offered a replacement with a 6-8 week waiting time as they had none in stock. This has lead me and my other half to believe that at least radiators 1&3 were customer rejects and they have just been sent out to get rid of them. There is no way that radiator 3 had not been a customer return as the brackets were scratched where they had been on the wall and the reminants of rusty water being over the valve area. Ironically if we had been told that they had no new radiators in stock and it would be a 6-8 week wait in the first place we would have gladly waited, instead of being sent customer seconds. I will give the customer services guys their due and they sorted the replacements and were quick to refund me but the actual manufacturing of the radiators and the packaging/delivery is not worth the time or money wasted. More time needs to be spent on quality control checks. So disappointed in what appears to be a good item

Have just chased the order after 6 weeks to be told it will be another 10 days before it's received in the depot. Why hasn't anyone contacted me to let me know? Annnoyed customer and plumber!
