Always used AR but on this occasion not. Sales team friendly as always, however prices are high. Initially thought between £1600-£1800 for composite door, however this soon escalated. Shame as local company. We ended up going for high spec composite door elsewhere with one of there competitors.

First class service. Installers (Craig and Richie) very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Would have no hesitation in using again for any future needs.

Craig Berry,from Andrew Wright , is a credit to his company .Craig was the only sales guy to suggest replacing both windows and cills,which was an excellent suggestion when the building is 100plus years old.The price was very competitive,but unfortunately ,the company is not currently offering finance. I will go to Andrew Wright for more windows.

Amazing service! I have had my windows replaced, 7 in total. As it is an older property there were a few complications but the team got it sorted for me without any fuss. The fitters Craig and Richie were very professional, tidy and courteous, they cleaned and tidied up after themselves and did the job to a very high standard. A great big thank you to Kathleen and Allan also for their excellent customer service, nothing was too much bother for them. I would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks again!

Double glazing replaced in several windows,and the final product is great. The fitters were on time, polite, tidy, and cleared up well. No damage was done to any of the surrounding windows and I am delighted with the quality of finish.

We had a door fitted today by Shug and Gary. They were extremely professional and just got straight to work. Both very polite and the job was finished to an extremely high standard. They cleared up completely (and except for the lovely new door, you would never know they’d been!) Without doubt an absolutely brilliant job. Would definitely recommend these two men. And would have no hesitation in requesting them personally should we have more work carried out by this company. Thank you both very much.

Great service received by shug, Gary and Andy all doors and windows were getting replaced in house and after a mishap on the Monday they still managed to keep to the time frame and get everything fitted in the two days they said they would to get the job completed. Excellent customer service and good quality of products highly recommend.

Customer service second to none. Fitters, Shug and Craig and the team wonderful, punctual tidy considerate polite most importantly knowledgable, great professional team. Tidied up pretty much, could have been a bit more careful in the garden, but hey product perfect, great value for money, looks like a million dollars now my house. Abby calls each day to monitor progress and answer any questions. Done on time no changes to plan. Craig the salesman great guy, to the point asks what you want rather than telling you what you maybe can have. No time wasting with sales presentations just gets straight to the nuts and bolts. My neighbour is now getting a quote they are so impressed. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Excellent customer service from Andrew Wright Windows and Doors. Had an issue with a letter box in a composite door installed earlier this year. A phone call was made to customer services - a representative/fitter (sorry - forgot his name - very professional) arrived a few hours later and a new letter box was fitted the following morning. Resolved within 24hrs! Things can and will go wrong. It’s how a company deals with them that makes the difference. 10/10 from us.

Lovely new door and frame fitted in less than 3 hours by fitters Gary & Shug. Very professional job, no mess , very polite and friendly service. The is excellent build and quality.

I needed a new bathroom window and David in the showroom was very helpful. I had the window fitted today by Shug, Gary and Andy. When you have workmen in, sometimes you can feel uncomfortable in your own home. This team were a delight to have in my home. Very friendly and pleasant. No mess was left. They worked constantly and got on with the job. I've previously had a door fitted by Andrew Wright and would recommend them.

Decided to go with Andrew Wright windows. Upon reading the reviews and the reputation they have. First contact we had was with Craig who came to our home and listened to what we wanted. And he proceeded to give us a great quote for exactly what we wanted in doors and windows. Very efficient in getting everything sorted. Les then arrived who is a surveyor. Again very efficient in doing his job. Talked us through everything that would happen. Then the fitters Hugh and Gary arrived on the day and time they said they would be there. These guys knew exactly what they were doing. Very experienced. Great work again very efficient. Good tidy work men. Always asking if everything was okay and to our expectations. If there were any issues they were dealt with there and then. They fitted the 3 upstairs windows. The first day. 2nd day they done the 2 downstairs windows and new front door. 3rd day they arrived with added help in Andy. They proceeded to replace back door and window with a knockout of the bricks to fit a sliding patio door and window. The quality of the window's are 2nd to none. But these guys certainly know how to leave an amazing finnish. Totally happy with every part of the process Adrew Wright provide. Would certainly recommend them.

The two fitters were a blend of youth and experience, Gary and Jordan. They were friendly and worked carefully. They made a minimum of mess and cleared up when they were finished. They arrived on time and completed their work in less time than I was expecting. The new windows look great.

Shug & Andy turned up Wednesday 20th September 2023 at my home from Andrew Wright Windows Ltd to replace two outside doors. They were both well mannered and knowledgeable about the work, both were fast and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending both. The work was finished to a very high standard and both areas were cleaned up afterwards. Excellent tradesmen, Five Stars

Jordan and Garry were first rate. They were very efficient, hardworking, helpful and tidy. They were a pleasure to have in our flat. The windows and doors look well and we are very satisfied with the overall work.

Shug and Gary did a fantastic job with my windows, they were courteous and got through the job with no hassle or breaking every two seconds and were fantastic workers and even cleaned up after themselves, can't recommend them enough.
