Placed an order, was told 12 weeks for delivery. I Asked if it could be sent sooner. Was advised production launched and 12 weeks. No real customer service here at all.

Farnham Flower Cremation Urn Gillian was very helpful in chasing up the couriers with the delivery of the urn. It was well packed and arrived in tact. I am very pleased with the urn and so are my sisters. I will be carrying our dearest mum’s ashes in the urn to Goa (India) to be put in a niche adjacent to our loving dad.

I recently ordered an item from Urns UK. I was very happy with all communication during the ordering and delivery process. Unfortunately the item was unsuitable. However after contacting the company via email I was impressed at the prompt response and offer of a refund which was also processed quickly. I was very happy with the way my complaint was resolved.

The quality of the angel wings satin cremation box was outstanding far better than I expected I’m absolutely delighted and just sorry I didn’t do the review sooner, it was a difficult decision to choose the right thing for my husband’s ashes but I’m 100 percent satisfied I choose the tight one , it’s so nice and sits nicely on my bedside table

Beautifully presented and well made. The only downside I would mention is that the box it was delivered in was unnecessarily big and a waste.

I am so pleased i used this company for my ashes ring. Communication from the start to finish was great. They only had my ashes on the Thursday ad i was so surprised to have my ring on the Saturday. When i opened the box the attention to detail was so thoughtful with white rosebuds either side of the box inside a presentation box and to cap it all when i opened the ring box a light came on and shone on my ring and you got hit by the sparkle, a truly breathtaking moment reducing me to tears in a nice way. I now have my dad with me every time i wear my ring which is all the time apart from bed time! The thought and care taken is priceless- my mum has now ordered the same ring as me but with a different colour resin and i cant wait to see that one when it arrives. I cant thank them enough.

Urn was lovely arrived quickly

After URNs UK had shipping company pick up item I ordered the shipping company lost the order! I contacted company to let them know of mixup, they shipped a replacement item following day.

Very easy process to order and very quick delivery. The bracelet I ordered for my husband to have our dog's ashes put into is lovely and he will be really pleased with it.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered the Aylesbury mini urn and it turned up with black marks on it and discoloured. Did not have enough time to buy another or return so had to just accept it. In response to Urns Uk. I have emailed and received no response.
