Absolutely dreadful service. When I saw the urn on the website I fell inlove with it and thought how different it is to your standard urns. When it arrived I was so happy but quickly was dissapointed when I opened it. The painter has missed patches inside the urn which I wouldn't mind if it didn't cost as much as it did (£100+) the biggest problem is the lid. It just slots on without any way of securing it so it cannot be used for ashes as if its knocked over the ashes will spill out. I'm really annoyed because I hoped this would be my daughters final resting place but it's not to be.

I lost my son to covid and ordered a beautiful green glass urn. Being urns uk you would have thought it would come from the UK. No that is not the case. Mine came from France. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website. I cried when I saw it as it was horrible. I contacted Urns uk and asked for a refund. I was told no as they were made to order. After many emails they agreed to refund. I had to send the urn back to France which cost me over £30. Now a week done the line and I hear nothing. I emailed again asking about my refund. I did receive a email back saying that the person who does the refunds is away till 14th August. That’s about 3 weeks away. Such poor customer service. You would have thought they would be kinder and more customer friendly when dealing with grieving customers. I would not order again from this company

Excellent service and communication.

There was a great variety of urns to choose from, when I found the one I was looking for , it was easily ordered, dispatched and received in a couple of days, packaged really well to prevent any damage and once opened the urn looked as good as in photograph, more than pleased with the one I purchased.

Very cheap quality . Disturbing and upsetting . Preying on peoples vulnerability whilst grieving . I have returned it and am awaiting a refund. A plastic bin with a lid and a sticker that was peeling off . This could not have cost any more that 4£ to make . I cannot believe the good reviews from other customers . I have videos of this urn and will be sharing across social media .

My little urn for my precious dog is just perfect . Handmade and heavy also . The first one got lost in the post but with great communication off the company I was sent another within a few days . Great service and a lovely urn

Sent the completely wrong urn, when I phoned to explain they said they would send it again. Triple checked with them they were definitely sending the right one this time, then they sent a different one yet again. At such a sensitive time for families I feel this is completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I asked for a refund

I ordered the urn and was told it would arrive in 21 to 28 days. It arrived within the week !! Perfectly packaged, with not a mark on it. Absolutely delighted, and would definitely recommend.
