They're very good. I bought the porcelain patio pot for my mum, to keep my brothers ashes within, you then put a plant into to it. It's made well & the delivery process was very good. Well packaged & when I needed to return it, coz the colour wasn't what I expected (it needed to be 100% perfect, it's my brother) they swapped no issues. It's not something we ever relish the idea of, but if you ever want a unique way to keep your loved ones near by & contained beautifully ,then this company is definitely recommended by me:)
