The Water pillows were delivered promptly & were well packaged Very happy with the look,feel & quality of the pillow but the patterned band around it could have been very slightly larger. Proved tricky to do up once the pillow had been filled.

Absolutely beautiful and unique urn. To have our baby in a teddy is just perfect. The teddy itself is very soft, amazing quality, I particularly liked that it came with the three bows to pick the colour you want. The pocket at the back was big enough for the heart tin to fit comfortably. The tin is a little small so our babies ashes were a little big for it, but there is more than enough room in the pocket to have his ashes in their pouch with the tin in there too. Only other thing I would say is the box turned up, it was a little damaged but that did not impact the quality of the bear at all.

I purchased the Darlington keepsake urn. I am pleased with the appearance and the size. It is just what I wanted. However, I am a little disappointed that the patterned band around the urn is not actually incorporated into the body of the urn. I expected it to be an enamel inlay or painted onto the urn. It is actually just a sticker! Unfortunately the description doesn't state this. I think customers should know exactly what they are getting. So something in the description may avoid disappointment for others in the future.
