I wasn’t 100% happy with fact that the urn was ordered and paid for on 22nd of April and I had to email urns uk on fifth of May to find out what was happening. They did get back to me and received urn within two days of it being shipped. I now realise delay was partly due to a change if location but still would’ve been nice to have had an update.

very helpful customer service as not ordered from you before. However, the delivery was longer than I'd expected and the family had to wait a few weeks before we received the urn which was a shame.

Absolutely woeful company. Ignored all attempts at contact, phone lines off, emails not answered. Given the sensitive nature of their business, I had expected respectful customer service at the very least. The urn took weeks to arrive and any attempts at enquiry were flatly ignored. My poor mother, already in pieces over the loss of her husband, was distraught. It felt like we'd been ripped off, and it still does. A horrendous experience. These See You Next Tuesdays do not deserve your money.
