So I was looking at ways to cut down my outgoings. I was paying between £45 and £50 for an outer box of 10 Lost Mary Vapes in the shops. I browsed online, and came across this company. Seems the more you buy, the cheaper they are! I don't mind buying in bulk, so with their newsletter discount codes, I now pay around £21 for 10, better than half the price I was before! Amazing for the rate I get through these vapes lol. I was a little dubious, as not a fan of online. But just recently my second order, and just wish I had thought of doing this years ago! Would have saved so much money! I work weekdays, so pay a small fee for guaranteed Saturday deliveries. But I don't mind paying this to make my life easier, £4.99 is worth knowing my order will come when Im definitely home. Can not fault these guys or their products. The only slight criticism is that when you go to pay, it comes up as the recipient being a personal account, not a business one. That almost made me stop my first order, as I would assume that any company would be a business account. But I'm glad I researched and read the reviews to check, as this hasn't had any affect on me or my account. Would recommend to anyone looking for a supplier of all things vape related. I will only use this company in future, they are definitely the cheapest out there, but still maintain a great service. Thanks Haypp! New customer is very impressed - so hope it stays this way 😀

UPDATE: Customer service took a couple of days to get back to me via email however they were lovely and solved my issue instantly. I only had to send proof of what I had received. I have now received the missing part of my order and am very happy. Thank you for your help! ORIGINAL POST: I placed an order on the 1st December 2024 containing 50 IQOS Original HEETS Amber sticks and 50 IQOS ILUMA TEREA Blue Sticks. On the 3rd December I received the 50 IQOS ILUMA TEREA Blue Sticks but not the 50 IQOS Original HEETS Amber sticks. The tracking code given is now marking the full order as delivered which is not the case. Only half of my order was received and the other half is missing. I have tried contacting Haypp via telephone and I have not had a response. I have also tried contacting Haypp via email and once again have not gotten a response therefore, I have had to come here and write a bad review about it to see if my problem gets fixed. The customer service from Haypp has not been helpful due to not responding. Please could somebody help me regarding this issue?

Seems that you have to pay via Klarna now....looks like you HAVE to store a credit/debit card with them or settle up directly with your bank, in which case they get access to your financial information (whatever that is!)....Will be deleting the Klarna account ASAP and won't buy again from Haypp until I can pay in a less intrusive, and secure, way.

I've been shopping with Haypp for almost two years and I still love it. The selection is unmatched compared with what you get in any shop, and the prices much better too, especially as you can buy in bulk. Their shipping is so incredibly quick as they tend to pack up your order within a day of receiving it – so depending on where you live you might even get next day delivery without specifying it. I have to dock a star for two reasons: 1) Products are often sold out for a long time and usually it's not made clear whether or not it's been discontinued. 2) Their email marketing is truly atrocious. I stay signed up to their newsletters for the discounts, but even a week after I make an order they're already asking why I haven't shopped again. Despite 100s of pounds worth of orders of only nicotine pouches and £0 towards vapes, most of the time they suggest "products I'll like" consisting only of different vape brands, which is completely irrelevant. However, those are just minor complaints and I will happily keep buying from them.
