I contacted the company, and they refunded me immediately after I sent a photo of the product.

Achtung! Kein Kundenservice vorhanden! Telefonnummer anscheinend abgeschaltet. Keine Antwort auf E-Mail. Habe bei Haypp schon öfters bestellt, jedoch die Bestellung vom 15.11.2024 wurde anscheinend von Haypp gelöscht aber die Kreditkarte wurde belastet. (Habe keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten) Ich dachte mir ok, es ist vielleicht ein Fehler passiert. Darauf hin habe ich am 16.11.2024 wieder die identische Bestellung getätigt mit dem gleichen Ergebnis. Von der Bestellung am 15.11.2024 habe ich leider keine Bestellnummer mehr jedoch hab ich mir die Bestellnummer von der Bestellung am 16.11.2024 notiert bevor sie gelöscht wurde. Nun erreiche ich keinen bei Haypp um das Problem zu klären.
