My mistake ordered wrong strength pouches, emailed Haypp customer service and expected the usual response, “you ordered them, your problem!” Which it was and they could’ve easily said that. But not only did they offer a complete refund, they even sent me a free returns label! Great Site, great service! Will be my go to place for my pouches from now on!
