I frequently ordered with them … unfortunately I ordered wrong item & immediately email them to send me the correct one , but they sent same item which I ordered , I phone them nearly 10 Times to return item but no One picking up phone . I email them twice .. no reply …seems dodgey. AVOID

I have used this company and they are usually very good. Recently i made 2 orders for vapes and both orders came only in half. I have messaged the company twice but no response. Please can you have a look at why was only half my orders sent?

I placed an order ref 600661173-C on 11/12 which arrived very quickly as they always do, thank you. Part of the order was a Vuse vape, which didn't work and I contacted Haypp via their email address and they responded stating they would issue a compensation code. Also I ordered 10 vape pods for my wife to try but she doesn't like the experience of vaping so I need a refund on 9 of the items and I have contacted Haypp via email and to date there has been no response. I have tried to ring customer service which has a brief message on but you cannot get any further. I am wanting to place another order but I am now hesitant to do so until the matter is resolved.
