Ordered several times and had no issues in the past. Be warned though, if you have any issues with the delivery, you can kiss your money goodbye. Their phone line is an automated deadend and they do not reply to emails. It's almost comical that they say their customer support isn't available during 11am-12pm for lunch, based on the above, they don't do anything at all either way. Maybe I'll get support through trustpilot as that seems to be the only way to get through to these guys but save your money and go elsewhere. My delivery didn't even make it to royal mail and that's all I've heard for 2 weeks now. Update: This now has been responded to, likely as a response to this review. Still unnecessary for people to have to do this.

Ordered almost £40 worth of snus, never received them and emailed proof yet heard nothing back from these guys. We had purchased before many times and was always great. Now I’m out £40 and snus… I contacted supported with no reply for over a week. Phone line doesn’t even work

Made 3 orders on same day, 1 was shipped out so that was good but other 2 have not been shipped out. Emailed haypp and no response. 2nd email and still no response? The order was same for all 3 orders so why was only 1 shipped out?

I ordered on the 17th December 2024, DPD provided me with a delivery time on the same day when I was at work. Instead of rescheduling the delivery they sent it back to Haypp, and I haven't heard of my order since. Almost a month now. Phone lines doesn't work, and they haven't replied my email.
