First time using hipages. Turns out ‘Hadis Handyman and Cleaning’ based in Clayton is a student that’s winging whatever task you give him (May as well have gone to airtasker) but I wanted a proper job done by a Handyman. No such luck. So if you encounter this chancer… Don’t do it! The work he has done is truely rubbish. He can’t caulk, can’t use a tape measure straight, can’t hang a shower screen straight and in the process cracked a tile off the wall. How was he verified handyman? I’ll never know. He had seriously damaged our bathroom! Never again. I thought they vetted ‘tradesmen’. Seems they just let any old man and his dog on with an ABN, as long as they pay some subscription’ What’s then is point of hipages? Gives you absolutely no security that the people on there are legitimate and trusted. You can only leave positive reviews! So if you get shonky work like I did and try to leave a negative review to warn others the so called ‘tradie’ simply denies he did your job and Wala his messed up job never happened! And he never gets a bad review What the ###? What’s the point of a rating system if the ‘tradesman’ gets to choose which one counts. Just another avenue to get SCAMMED. Update: I’ve just gone to clean and scrape of his caulking disaster, instead a backing rod I found paper towel rolled up! Really? Under the drain hole to bath he also decided to stuff rubbish and random chunks of caulking? Why? All over the sides of the bath were streaks of caulking? Honestly the work was shambles! The scary part he keeps insisting he does good work! He is crazy delusional. I have since had a professional caulker to come to fix, he was also shocked at just how bad of job he did! Like it’s embarrassingly bad. Please stop this bloke HADIS HANDYMAN AND CLEANING!" How can hipages keep sending him work opportunities?

wow guys BEWARE the so called verified is not at all true I have lead a case against someone using someone else's licence on HI Pages hi pages only took me seriously after i reported it to the police and a major investigation is on going for fraud this person OG plumbing PTY LTD was not licensed as shown on high pages and did gas work on my house only to leave the gas seal broken and my house filled with gas, this could have blown up or killed me thankfully i was aware and turned the gas off he got $380 from me but thankfully it could have been my life and or my house BEWARE CHECK CHECK CHECK thankfully we think the police have caught him BEWARE waiting on major answers from HI PAGES and compensation we will see what's next

Seek had a customer Retention Specialist Role Going. I applied and was then expected to do a zoom meeting with a lady based in Italy zoom didn't work volume wise which I already emailed and told her it wouldn't work and she never listened then I went to Casey Powell in the office who set up an incorrect meeting request sending me not only the wrong day request the wrong date for a public holiday then said the role play was sent in the email which of course low and behold it was not had to text and email her to follow her up so she would actually do her job. Finally had an interview with Roger and Nina who have far less Experience than me by the way if LinkedIn's accurate. Role play I did the only objective was to get a yes to say the tradie owners would stay on with the next 4 months left in their advertising with Hipages anyway to cut a long winded story role play short Nina on the role play I asked her pleanty of questions and guided her down a path to say yes and she did say yes she would stay on board with the Hipages. The situation from here was again hardly any communication from Casey Powell. She is the dumbest biggest idiot I've ever dealt with in business every thing she did step by step was mistake after mistake then no communication to chase up her mistakes in not sending me the role play that she should have I don't understand how she even got employed. Now to Robey the owner. I have ran companies for over 9 years making companies a lot of money. They tried to say I didn't ask enough questions in the role play but that doesn't really matter 1 I did ask the right questions to gain the right response which is what a good salesman will do often less is more if you ask too many questions clients get confused. I got a yes out of Nina your employee. That was the objective of our Hipages Role Play. Clearly I have done what was required and asked if me wasted two weeks waiting and waiting for a response I already knew was a time waster run around. In future buddy hire yourself be involved in your own company and don't rely on incompetent people to make decisions my objective was to get a yes and I did that I achieved That what more can I ? I'll say this much about this company they definately want to get gofers to do everything for them so management can remain ignorant and incompetent so the hard workers will make Hipages management look far better then they actually are. I mean I'm sending you a role play now and no role play then I have to do their job for them even though I'm not getting paid for it what a rubbish company the run around and lack of intelligence and lack of communication was rubbish Robey needs needs to be way more invested in the hiring process as he pays the bills I can guarantee you a half hour with the owner Robey I would have been hired I sell $3500 cold calling Google ads I take your clients from you that's why you've gone from 100,000 clients string to 35,000 weak cause great salesman like Simon Starmans from Google Partnership take your clients every week. I'm glad I do not have to waste more of my time on this deadbeat time wasting lack of communication and incompetent staff unable to even send the correct information. All in all it makes this company looks stupid and I don't a jack if they are trying to win kiss awards for best place to work this and that because clearly management are inexperienced and incompetent they are the ones with not enough experience not me I have 14 years experience dick heads get it right get your act and your act together when hiring and actually have people hiring in Australia what a run around time waste I could tell it was going to be a run around right after the first mistake on their part oh but sorry I guess that's my fault bunch of bumbs. Robey do not get inexperienced staff to try and hire highly experienced staff I have been insulted by that idiot Casey Powell so many times I don't even want to think about Hipages you've lost heaps of clients to my company and will continue to do so don't waste people's time. Ridiculous

Hipages is a waste of time. The tradies don't turn up and are dishonest and have a poor standard of work. Hipages don't help with any disputes as they are taking the tradies money to give them the leeds
