I needed concrete cutting done. Had a message in a few hours, job was quoted. Very fast service , they came the 3rd day . Job was done by 2 very experienced boys , very neat , clean ant tidy at a very reasonable price . It was amazing, very happy with the service, will recommend definitely 💯

Clean Under Pressure a window cleaning company did a very poor job Did not clean all windows Spilled something all over the carpet and left house open I would not want anyone to have this experience and Hi Pages recommend them

I was quickly connected with multiple fencing contractors to quote my fence replacement. After reviewing the quotes I selected BCD Fencing and Construction. Ben understood the urgency of the fence replacement and was able to ensure the job was completed prior to Christmas at a competitive price. On the day of the job Ben was punctual and professional. The job was completed to a high standard. I would not hesitate in using this company for future work and would definitely recommend them to others.

This company fails to cancel the subscription upon request, tries to charge exhorbitant cancellation fee's and continues to take money from your account. Numerous phone calls from HiPages has only got as far as asking for my bank account details over the phone (not likely) and refusing to refund the amount ($700) to the credit card it was charged. They want me to send an email to them to confirm my identity when clearly they already have enough on hand to take my money. When asked to send me an email which I would then reply to it could not be done. DODGY DODGY DODGY COMPANY! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Well the reason I gave only 3 stars is that I've only used Hipages twice. The 1st time was great. Tradies responded and I ended up getting a plumber who's fantastic and not a rip off merchant. 2nd time, nah, not so much. Only one replied and from our phone conversation, it wasn't going to work. The other 2 have obviously got too much work but, but then why reply to the job. Is it so no one else can? As everyone knows it's the 1st 3 Tradies that reply, then Nada! I suppose this situation isn't totally Hipages fault but I do think you need to tweak your system. How? If I knew that, I'd be rich. I'll leave that up to more intelligent people.

as a business owner ive been ripped off by home owners i do the work then time to pay they dont hi pages blocked me because one of the home owners lied so reported hi pages to accc and promptly unblocked me as i had go pro video and witness evidence as presented to hi pages they unblocked me saying i never contacted them however i sent 17 emails and spoke to them on the phone . most customer on here are time wasters dont understand and want jobs done way cheaper then it costs to buy the materials alot of the time hate hi pages

Hi Pages are very quick and efficient is get help for me, thank you Hi Pages. However the the quality contractor that was introduced to me is bad. Zfencing stay away from this contractor, it took him 6 weeks to complete 45m of timber fencing, the nails sticking out fence everywhere, and charging extra for taking his offcuts away. I have done the opposite fence with other contractor the did not charge me to take their rubbish away.

Business owners BEWARE! Do not sign up to to this company. They over promise and do not deliver on the service that they provide. Their main business is taking money from business owners not from generating leads and providing value to the consumer or the business owner.

High pressure sales tactics and business practices designed to lock you into paying their fees for 6 months (with auto renew) total disregard for consumers rights and understanding of cooling off period. Over promise and under deliver. Terrible quality and quantity of leads and no free trial period for obvious reasons.

He regrouted my shower area & the whole job was perfect. He left everything clean afterwards & even charged me less than he first quoted.

HiPages is a scam company. They will not cancel your subscription and keep charging you. DO NOT USE!!

I recently hired a cabinet maker, from Ozzie Secen Modern Cabinets Aust PTY LTD, on hipages to build my new kitchen and bathroom cabinets. He told me the job would take 6 weeks, it's now been 14 weeks and I still only have the carcasses. He keeps lying and giving me empty promises. So I put in a complaint to hipages, I gave them all the information that they wanted and all the proof. I never heard back from them, I sent them a couple of emails asking for a reply to what happens next, I was totally ignored. Hipages do not care it they hire out dodgy tradies, you can't even leave a negative review of the tradie, which leaves vulnerable people exposed to dodgy tradies. Appalling behaviour from hipages and from Ozzie Secen Cabinets.

We hired a painter called Eddy the painter. We could not have been more satisfied with his work. He's very professional, honest and cares about his work. Lovely man ,polite and his work speaks for its self. We recommend Eddy to families and friends. Great job.

I was given the detials of a company ( TCG &Co Carpentry) who wanted to do the job I had posted so I contacted them and got a time for them to look at the job. Waited 2 days and they didn't turn up or contact me. Hipages please review how your tradies treat customers.

We hired Gavin Dury (Carpenter) via hipages- he was an excellent Tradie including his communication with us, he turned up when expected, obviously a skilled and knowledgeable carpenter, throughout the time that he fixed our deck roof. We therefore hired him for another carpentry job, which he has also completed in a timely fashion- both jobs look great and Gavin achieved what he set out to do. We're in progress with possibly hiring Gavin for a 3rd job.

I had Durable Roofing Pty Ltd restore my roof. They finished the job today. They quoted on the job and commenced the work approximately a week later. I found them professional and very approachable. They finished the job within the stated time and I am very happy with the finished result. I would recommend their work to anyone. Very good experience.

Absolutely disappointed in their quality of communication and service. I run a small mowing and property maintenance business. During my trial period I got 3 job leads and picked up 2 ongoing jobs which seemed good. I was told that after signing up, I will be getting roughly 6 leads a week which would’ve been perfect. Although, after 3 months, I’ve had NO job leads, not a single one, yet I’ve been paying for the membership. After asking to cancel my membership, which took me another ~2 weeks, since it’s nearly impossible to get onto someone, I was told that I can’t cancel my membership. After reading hipages terms and conditions I can clearly say that they’re violating their own conditions. The best part about it is that after speaking with Fair Works, I was confirmed that hipages is well known to them and not for good.
