As a tradie, I wouldn't use HiPages as they are very difficult to work with most of the leads are not leads and trying to cancel is almost impossible they do not care about the customer at all.

Everything worked as advised. It was easy to make my request & get several responses in a short time.

Lots of replies from tradespeople, getting quotes. Haven’t decided yet which one to hive the job to.

After enduring 160 days of lockdown in Victoria, we appealed to HiPages for relief from our $1600 per month subscription as we can no longer afford to pay it. Even if we could, now there are not the opportunities for us to spend this given the economic downturn in Victoria seeing fewer jobs advertised. Our account manager advised an adjusted monthly subscription to be paid. Last night Hipages renigged on the agreement and hit my bank account with $1600 leaving us unable to pay wages. We called the customer service team to advise the situation and the severity of the situation only to be stone walled. They couldn’t have cared less and refused to reverse the debit from our account despite the agreement in place. They gave the usual “canned responses” and said they can’t help. As corporate citizens they displayed zero empathy and care toward our situation. More of the same from a publicly listed company. Faceless people hiding behind the scenes with no recall for the client spending thousands of dollars. Don’t use HiPages and spend your money with One Flare, Service Seeking or any other lead generation business. Keep going HiPages, I hope this will be your sword your fall on in coming months and your client base shrinks through the economic hard times that are only months away!

Easy to use service. It was great that it was so easy to get in touch with the tradies required and to be able to see their references and also builders licenses, police clearances and make an informed decision on which business to go with.

I was quite pleased with hipages' performance. They provided me with the names of 3 tree pruning companies the same afternoon I posted my job. I was very happy with the work that was done by the tradesman that I chose.
