I was wanting to buy an area rug through Carpet Mart, due to their advertisement of free shipping. However, the cost of the rug I was wanting to purchase was more than they had it listed on their website. I noticed they had a "price match guarantee" and reached out to them with the requested information from the competitor so they could honor that guarantee. After multiple emails over the period of several hours they actually responded that they could not match the price due to how much lower it was than theirs. So if you are believing they price match, I would caution you to shop elsewhere.

Our new flooring looks great We had the Mannington flooring installed and were very pleased with the results. The installers arrived on time and completed the job that day. They were very professional, asked questions when necessary, cleaned up everything. We had a WOW moment when we looked at the finished job.

My experience with Carpet Mart was 5 stars from start to finish! My salesman, Dan Oats, was very patient with me while I was trying to pick out my carpet, since I did not know what I wanted. He was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, while telling me about each carpet that I was interested in. The office staff was also very on top of things during the entire process, such as letting me know when carpet arrived and was ready for installation. And finally on installation day, the guys Brian Weir and Nick Walk arrived on time and did a fantastic job!! They worked around our pieces of furniture and handled everything with care. They were respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up. I am looking forward to them to come over again in the next few weeks to finish the rest of my house!

This is the best rug ever! I saw on other websites that charged more and shipping. I got this rug within a week and more reasonably priced and the customer service was great when I had a question! Will for sure order again through them!

We had ~500 sq feet of Congoleum DuraCeramic installed in our kitchen. David and Adelmo (?) arrived at 8 AM and stayed until the job was finished at 7 PM. They still had an hour drive to get back their families. These guys worked their butts off and were meticulous about quality. What amazed me the most though, was the joy they put into their work. They had a radio and were singing along to both English and Spanish stations. We were happy to have these gentleman in our home and learned some valuable lessons about the pride, joy and grace that can be found in honest hard work.

Love our rug! It took a few days to lay completely flat but now it looks great. There is a small “crease” at the binding on one corner but it’s only noticeable if you’re looking for it and definitely not a deal breaker!
