The company delivered a beautiful quality product at a reasonable price, and their customer service was excellent when I called with a question.

I would have liked an estimated delivery date (or number of weeks) at the time of purchase. I checked tracking frequently. The rug is beautiful.

Rug came on time, very good price and quality. No surprises as to pattern or color. I had purchased two other smaller area rugs with the same pattern a couple of years ago but I wanted to size up. I was afraid the new rug wasn't going to be the same quality or color as the ones I had previously purchased but nothing had changed. I am happy with my purchase.

Received a different carpet than what I ordered. I double checked the email to make sure. The picture in my confirmation email does not match what I received in the mail.

Rug is perfect, exactly as shown. Shipping was free, BIG plus for a 9x12 rug. Customer service (a real person, easy to communicate with located in the US) was awesome. Experience was exceptional, start to finish.

This is the first time ordering a rug online. Weather storms made it difficult to get out. I have a large oriental area rug and wanted a smaller 5 by 3 rug for the entrance to the room. I knew manufacturer and color numbers so it made the search process and ordering easy. I was pleased to see that the exact rug was still available. I had a minor snafu with applying for 10% discount but that was corrected with an email and I received a credit. The rug arrived within a week well packaged and exactly what I wanted.

Poor customer service don't know how to measure
