I received my area rug today and it looks beautiful. The online description and majority of photos, color-wise, were accurate. I purchased at this online store as a first time customer because online reviews were positive, free shipping and good sale/discounts...better than competitors. I was surprised that the plastic bag of the rug upon delivery was open at one end and that the rug was not rolled correctly but rather “telescoping”. Everything seemed fine. I’d order in the future and recommend.

We purchased the Magnolia Home Newton Rug from this company. We were really happy with our experience and would recommend again. Upon purchasing the order, I was immediately contacted regarding the status: back ordered. They offered to help find something that was similar and available but I had my heart set. Shortly thereafter, I received another update the item was available and the estimated shipment date. Just two day’s later, the item arrived and was just as described, in clean packaging, and without issue. Way to go! We are so happy! We are VERY Happy with this rug and will be buying another of the same one. Additionally, will be using this company as our go to for rugs in the future. Highly recommended!

Worse company I have ever dealt with. We had a new kitchen installed in November. Carpet Mart damaged 2 cabinet doors when installing flooring. Have been TRYING to resolve this for 2 months!! Bob Brown from carpet mart claims he contacted the kitchen installer and sent them check to replace doors. That was 3 or 4 weeks ago. The installers have heard nothing from carpet mart. So I am living with a damaged $20,000 kitchen This is unacceptable!!!! I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. I spoken to numerous representatives from CM. ALWAYS BEING TILD ITS GOING TO BE TAKEN CARE OF!! NOTHING. Patty Smith

Had an excellent shopping experience with the help of Annie in Pottstown She was patient, understanding and helpful in finding what i thought I wanted to redo a bathroom. Buyer beware - They offer your free shipping and great prices BUT if you get the rug (we purchased a 2x10 runner) and it doesn’t work out for your home (Colors and pattern different from picture) you are on the hook for the shipping to return that rug, and then they get to decide if you get a full refund. Shipping was going to be $60, which is not refunded. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I’ve ordered the magnolia rugs through Bed Bath and Beyond and through A local rug mart which offer free returns.
