Fast delivery, highly satisfied

I made purchases and duly paid for it with my mastercard only to get the message of order cancellation on enquiry through a phone call I was told cancellation was due to fraudulent transaction. So humiliating. The card is registered to me and I have made series of purchases with the card, so where did the fraudulent transaction come from. If it was suspected I expected a clarification or a polite email not outright cancellation, while I was waiting for the delivery. For the records I have made series of purchases from the company. The delivery was address was different because I am not home to collect now, and the other address is another address of mine anyway.
