We bought P20 sun oil... This was the best priced and the goods arrived very quickly after ordering in suitable packaging. What's not to like !

My order came so quickly I was surprised. And with the products being a lot cheaper I worried they may not be any good but they are exactly the same as I had previously bought in shops at twice the price! Will definitely be back to shop again soon!

I ordered my item a week ago and was told the next day it had been dispatched, I'm am still waiting for it to be delivered. I assume having received the email asking "how we have performed" I should have received it by now! If I knew it would take this long I wouldn't have ordered from them.

The product delivered was an old version of the product pictured on the web-site and ordered, I had deliberately avoided ordering the old version elsewhere as I wanted the current version. Having challenged this, I have been told I will get a refund when I have returned them. I hope that the refund will cover the shipping cost both ways. (The 1 star rating includes the phrase "rude conduct" which I have not experienced - but neither have I had an apology for being provided with a different product to the one advertised and ordered.)

I have been buying stuff from fragrance Mad over 5 years now! The products even though the same are cheaper than the high street shops and its fantastic value for money. I wouldn't buy my perfumes anywhere else and you are also spoilt for choice when you are trying to buy presents for family and friends.
