I have used them half a dozen times. The product is excellent. Funnily enough I was particularly impressed on the one occasion that there was a problem with delivery, as they sorted things out immediately when I contacted them. Overall, I have no reservations in recommending them.

Incredible service from start to finish. My company asked for a cutout to be made for us to take to a convention. I filled out a form with my request and very promptly got a reply. I spoke to a woman called Sasha throughout the process and she guided me through every step we needed to take. After we ordered the cutout, it was made and sent out that day with next day delivery. Honestly I cannot fault how excellent their customer service is, and the cutout looks excellent. Would 100% use this company again.

Just what I needed

My Roger arrived here at our home today. He passed away in 2016; but, because of "Cutoutme" and the photo that I had taken on the night we fell in love, a six-foot-tall lifelike cardboard standup image of my beloved Roger is in the foyer of my home, ready to greet my friends when they visit. Three visitors saw him today and were delighted! I have posted photos of the 2018 version of Roger onto Facebook. I am much less depressed, far happier, than I have been in over two years. Thank you so very, very much!!!

These cutouts are fabulous! Received very quickly. Images very clear and cardboard sturdy. They did not have the celebrity image and I requested 4 of them. They sourced a photo and had them up on the site to purchase in a couple days! Amazed by their customer service!! Great company!

We enlisted this company two days before our party. Our event planner had let us down and failed to deliver life-size cardboard cutouts, despite having a week's notice to arrange. So with a couple of days to go Cutoutme rose to the challenge - and delivered the very next day before lunchtime. Kudos to Sasha at Cutoutme who managed the process by phone/email. She also advised on image resolution/projection and navigated around office protocols to get the job done. Voila! All the cutouts arrived, clear and larger than life. I'd have no hesitation recommending this company. And I did: to my party planner!

The customer service was efficient and patient with detailed and complicated requests, resulting in 17 cut outs being designed and delivered to different addresses across the UK. We were very happy with the quality and the precision that was demonstrated in the planning and creation of the products and are very grateful.

Excellent customer service - James went above and beyond to ensure our cut-outs were exactly what we wanted. We highlighted an issue which James responded to very quickly, he had another cut-out made and he personally made sure it was up to standard. It was then delivered the next day. Very quick and efficient service!

A bit of confusion over artwork (I called to check a PDF would be OK but was then asked for a PNG after placing the order due to some confusion over my request) and I'd have preferred if they'd told me they would include a support space around the bottom so I could have redone the design rather than having a big blank space there. These are minor issues in the long run, and things I know for future orders; which there will definitely be! Service was friendly, delivery was very quick, and the print quality was excellent despite it coming from a PNG. Will use again :D

My daughter was utterly delighted with the cutout of her favorite dog. It was a total surprise for her birthday and it was lovely to see her reaction. Puppies are very difficult to photograph and I appreciated the feedback that the original photo was not the best quality. I was also very surprised at the speed at which the cutout arrived. I have no hesitation is recommending this service - fantastic product!
