Excellent service. I had to order the cut out last minute . I ordered it before 12pm and it came the next day (i paid a bit extra to guarantee that delivery). Would recommend using this firm.

I wanted a cut out of Pennywise from 'It', but the only ones I could find were in the USA and did not ship to the UK. I ordered a personalised cut out for about £45 and sent them the picture of the Pennywise cut out with measurements (6'2" tall). The next day I got an email saying that to make my cutout that tall, it would be too wide for their standard board, and gave me the options of cancelling the order, sending them a new picture, or paying an extra £20 for them to increase the width of my cut out. I decided to bite the bullet and paid extra. When I received my cut out, I was a little disappointed with the quality; up close the image is pixelated, and is darker than the original picture I sent. My cut out is only slightly taller than me, and I'm 5'6", so it's clearly not the height I requested and paid extra for. Despite this, from a distance the cut out looks great, friends and family are impressed with it (I can hardly pull them away from taking selfies with It!) and I was amazed at how fast it was made and shipped out to me.
