Fantastic quality from a very dodgy photo and much faster service than I expected for such a reasonable price.

Very impressed with communication and speed of delivery. I had sent two photo is of my daughter little dogs as life size cut outs to be at her wedding. Unfortunately the quality of photos was not the best. Cutout me contacted me within 2r hours of my initial order advising me that the quality was not good and asked ifvi wanted to resend another image,cancel order of still go ahead. As I did not have any better photos to send, so i requested the order to go ahead. Hence, the quality of the cut out wasn.t brilliant but still good enough to use. If I had sent better photos then the final result would have been full 5 stars.

I ordered a cut out of my friend for his wedding (as a prop for my best man speech). The cut out is amazing and better than hoped for. The Customer Service is some of the best I have witnessed (Sasha Massa). The picture I wanted to use was of my friend in an awkward pose. But Sasha went beyond what she needed to do in order to make it work. She kept in touch through every step of the process and the finished product is incredible. Really impressed and highly recommended.

Brilliant, got picture of friend who couldn't make a wedding. Full size, quality brilliant (especially as it was from FaceBook!) delivered in days!! Everyone commented how life like it was, would recommend to anyone!

Outstanding customer service. Although the product didn't arrive the way I thought it would look, I spoke with James Bowers who explained the reasons why it looked like it did. He was very sympathetic but still stood by the company and explained it in a way which made perfect sense. Furthermore he went above his station to do what he could to make it closer to how I wanted it to look. He did this in a timely manner which was hugely appreciated. James clearly understands his role and has complete faith in the company that he works for which from a consumer point of view speak volumes. Thank you James, will definitely be purchasing from you guys again. Really appreciate your support on this.
