My wife and I were researching the market for a unique urn for our late daughter's ashes. We were really disappointed with much of what we came across as the vast majority of urns available to purchase were standard type, gaudy or the materials used just seemed totally inappropriate. As we continued our search, we eventually came across LegendURN and saw their "Nova" crystal glass cremation ashes urn. We were really pleased by the appearance of the urn, it's colour, it's design inspiration and also that each piece was hand blown, something truly unique in each item made. Before placing an order, I made an online query with the company, which is based in the Netherlands regarding the delivery and what the procedure was in case the item was found damaged on delivery (I just wanted to be reassured and to have confidence in the company I was dealing with, given the price of the item). I received an immediate reply back, and the representative responded to all my queries to my satisfaction so I then placed an order. The procedure for placing the order online was extremely easy. I was extremely pleased with the level of communication received from LegendURN once the order was placed, which provided me with regular updates on the progress of the order and also the physical delivery. Once the order was placed in the hands of the courier service, I continued to receive e-mail communication from them and I was able to track my order online. The item was delivered today - the product was very carefully packaged with appropriate labelling attached to indicate what the product was and that it was fragile and to be handled carefully. The urn was found undamaged and I have to say that my wife and I are truly delighted with the urn. It is beautiful and it is just the right sort of unique, quality product that we would want for our late daughter. I cannot rate LegendURN highly enough. Thank you.

The remembrance urn is beautiful, it's just like the picture and such a lovely design, not depressing or morbid. Very tasteful and touching piece. So carefully wrapped and although I don't wish for people to go through this, if you do, you won't be disappointed they really are a lovely way to have your loved one near xx

Great speedy service

I had an idea in my head for an Urn that i wanted for my mum who passed away suddenly. I was searching the internet for months, as i wanted a granite one, so it would last the test of time. After months of searching i finally came across LegendUrns. I picked a granite Urn with swarovski crystals. I also chose to get the Urn engraved. The designers made sure that i was happy with the engravement before they went ahead with my order. The Urn arrived today and its even more beautiful than i expected. Thank you so much LegendURNs. I am giving a 1 due to after paying nearly 600 pound on tracking item found there was a customs duty to pay for parcel force to deliver parcel on phoning parcel force this amount was another 150 pound which was not stated on purchasing the urn

Dispatched quickly, was really well packaged and urn looks exactly like it was shown.

Whilst I was disappointed that the urn that I ordered arrived completely smashed to pieces, the customer service was excellent and I received a full refund the following day.
