Marcus Brown did EVERYTHING he could to make sure we got the most reasonable, competitive price possible. Additionally, when the transport company who was supposed to pick up the car (after we had driven 4 hrs to meet them) at the scheduled time and waited parked in the dark for extra time past what was scheduled, the transport company tried to cancel until the next morning BUT...Marcus worked his phenomenal customer service skills to make it happen. Yes it was later than scheduled, but that wasn't his fault and those types of things can happen. Marcus was beyond helpful, and apologetic even tho he wasn't responsible. He stayed on top of updates about the cars status. And the next morn, first thing he was on top of the cars status AGAIN, making sure it was being delivered as promised. Marcus also made sure to remind us of things we would overlook due to being inexperienced in the car shipping environment, like taking pics of the car prior to shipment. And checking the car after drop off! I will DEFINITELY use this company again if ever needed in the future and I highly recommend Marcus Brown for anyone trying to find someone, if you're allowed to request someone in particular. I'm not exactly sure about that. But good luck to all those out there having to ship your car and I hope you have an experience that ends well just like me and my husband did.
