Henry is good guy who help me finding the carrier and carrier did amazing job bring my car from New York to Houston Texas they find me good carrier with reasonable price other companies charging too much. Thanks Henry for great job.

Harris was excelent and he communicated with me all the way through from start to finish. The car was picked up & delivered. I was quoted a certain price but had to spend a lot more not because of usacarship but the available truckers ask for higher prices. Harris is so helpful, never push you to accept a price but he tries his best, excellent communication. I would recomend them as they are transparent in their communication and their prompt responce.

I had my car shipped from Memphis TN to Las Vegas and although this was my first time she was able to get me in contact with a driver that kept me in the loop the entire time. He was also very quick he picked my car up Sunday and delivered it on Tuesday morning!!

My one star review is more of an overview of the car transportation business. I think the deceit of lowball prices to hook you into a contract while later raising the price by 30-50% should be investigated. This is what USA CarShip did. Price to ship a car from NJ to Florida was $725 and after signing contract and giving a $100 deposit the price was changed to over a $1000 just before the car was shipped. After a couple of heated phone conversations the price was down to $945. I was in a position where the dealer need my car off the lot. I finally received the car a week after it was shipped. I do not blame the actual shipper but these car brokers, the middle man are the problem. I had many other brokers contact me with promises of even lower rates which I know they could not honor once a contract was signed. Buyer Beware!!!. Find the company that actually ships the cars.
