First of all let me say that delivery was quite fast, I wasn't expecting that to be honest. It took only 10 to arrive at my local post office in Chisinau, Moldova, Ciocana district MD-2075. The package arrived in good condtion, everthing was carefully packed, and taken care of. I really liked the extra gift goodies and the hand written note. Also I would liek to thank the management for adding Moldova to their list, as it wasn't listed when I first found out about the website. I would defenitly reccomend the service to my firends out here in Moldova. A++++

I love this bead, the desk globe is beautifully designed, so many little details and the fact that it does rotate ( at least the globe handle rotates around the globe) is really fun. I wish they had many it a bit bigger but otherwise its amazing. i am also very impressed with perlen, the item was shipped quickly, no hassle for me at all. so many beads i want to buy from perlen, this is the first of many.

I found the entire process from searching for and ordering my items to be seamless. I only wish that items containing more than a single item (such as a pair of earrings or 2 beads of the same type) was better matched by the dispatch or selection staff as often (and Yes in this case) the differences are major and not minor.
