Nearly two weeks and I still have not received a shipping confirmation.

Ordered something a week ago and it took me chasing them to find out it hasn't been dispatched. I don't mind that it takes longer to get to me given everything that is going on but perhaps let customers know that's the case rather than say on the website that they are still shipping things as normal and things will be dispatched within 2 days. Terrible customer service.

Hi ordered part on 25th May now June 2nd order has not arrived poor service in my opinion.

Excellent company bought a driving iron they made it and shipped it to me in just over a week from Sweden to England that's pretty amazing. Also the club has been built and finished with high quality! Thank you nordicagolf I will be buying from you again

Practice mat is reasonable quality if expensive for what it is. Adequate size to protect lawn however tent pegs or similar are required to hold in place.

Placed order on the 24th April emailed them asking where it was ,wanted to cancel my order told you can’t as it’s been dispatched still nothing .NEVER use this company again now 4th may .And you ask me for feedback.

Hi Just ordered a new shaft for my driver the service was great delivered on the date I was told thanks Mel Hall

Ordered new shaft,adapter sleeve and grip for my cobra f6 driver.Had e-mail next day to say shaft was completed and shipped. Tracking of parcel was straightforward. Item arrived approximately 5 days after order,was well packed and fitted perfectly to my driver head.Yet to try it out due to Covid 19 but looks superb. Great value and fair postage costs.

Wrong colour sent, no labels or identifying serial number so had to check with manufacturer to ascertain product genuine or not. Product was confirmed as genuine, Nordica refunded a small portion to cover the wrong shaft colour but I only accepted due to difficulties posting back at this time an Disappointing to not to get product as described or shown on website with regard wrong colour and missing labels as it would have been cheaper to order elsewhere. Would have returned unhappily if any other time. Shipping was quick, email reply was quick but unfortunately not the product I paid for.

Didn't receive email confirmation of my order, money taken, then refunded, and not informed by email that the item, which had been in stock online, was now out of stock. Pretty poor communication

Nordica sold out of the item I purchased and couldn't supply quickly due to the COVID-19 demand. Nordica very quickly rebated my money which allowed me to purchase elsewhere. I was very impressed with their efficiency and honesty.
