Had to email to find out how long it would take only to be told that they had a back log on the shaft I ordered and would be be getting more in soon . Poor show advertising that they have stock when they don’t . But I can say they customer service is good asked for a full refund Which I received within 5 minutes of emailing them . Looks a great site with good prices if they had the stock to back it up

United Kingdom | 30 June 2020Recently ordered a full set of Wilson golf clubs from this site. At the time of ordering, clubs were marked as in stock. I received no info on shipping after 3/4 days so emailed nordica. I was advised that my clubs were delayed but we’re going to be sent out shortly. A couple of days later I received an email saying my clubs had been shipped. I also received a tracking number. Over a week had passed, the tracking info wasn’t updating so I emailed nordica again. Over 2 weeks after my initial order they emailed and said my clubs infact hadn’t been shipped, as they didn’t have any stock. They then told me if I wanted the clubs I had paid for and been advised I would be receiving shortly, I’d have to wait till at least July 12th for them to be restocked. I obviously opted to cancel the order, and would recommend nobody to shop with nordica golf. I’m awaiting a refund.

Only thing he wanted and very disappointed. Had to order from elsewhere to try and get for same day. Just wish they said it was going to be late so I wouldn’t of bothered, now got to mess about returning the item when it finally turns up.

United Kingdom | 19 June 2020Should have heeded the warnings. Received email very promptly after placing order, stating that order was picked and giving tracking information. Then the game starts: received the obvious ‘Unfortunately we discovered that our stock balance was wrong while the order was being processed’. Item now on back order and has not arrived as promised. I should have read the reviews and guessed that I would probably never receive the goods. They don’t reply to my emails, which up to now have been very polite.
