Ordered new putter shaft, took a while to get here, but when it arrived the item was bent, due to very poor packaging. I contacted the company they asked for photographs proving the damage, this was done and now they are sending me a replacement at no cost.

The website is a bit jumpy and the payment stages are subject to a few unexpected refusals. Tried several times to use my debit card and address details without success. Had it not been for PayPal I would have given up and gone elsewhere. Found when shopping for whole set of heads having to go through the selection process for each head individually a bit of a chore. Especially so having selected six irons and finding the seventh out of stock and unable to select it.

would have given 5 stars, everything as good as I have come to expect from Nordica Golf, but I will wait to see how the new shaft for my Calloway X2 performs over the next few months.

I ordered Golf Clubs on the 21 July 2019. NordicaGolf took payment on 22 July 2019. It is now 30th July and still I have not received my clubs. On their website they have a Parcel Force logo, implying they use Parcel Force. This is deceiving, as they use UPS. Search UPS on Trustpilot! I wonder why NordicaGolf don't have a UPS logo on their website?! I know why! In my opinion any company who use UPS do not care about the Customer! I emailed Nordica Golf on 26th July & didn't get a reply. I expected a reply on Monday 29th July as it can take 24hrs, and this allowed for the weekend. I emailed again on the 29th July and received a reply on the 30th, so at least I got a reply to my 2nd email but it was just lip service. They wrote, "We chose to use UPS as we think that they do an excellent job..." Really?? If so, your standards are not very high!

Excellent service. Original colour of trolley was not available so they emailed me and offered alternatives at the same price even though more expensive on their website. Box was in good condition delivered by DPD even though it had come from Norway through Germany to England.

Guys, I ordered my golf shaft from you on 3rd July - and my payment was cashed by you the following day. It's now 9th and no sign of my shaft ?? Using the tracker I can see that it was last spotted leaving Germany on 5th July, but no further update since then. A bit disappointing as I had heard good things about the service at Nordica Golf - glad I didn't replace all my shafts at the one time now.
