Very poor service, Placed an order for multiple items, delivery time 3-5 days, i'm quite patient so it was after 8 days i sent an email chasing up the order, after 9 days the reply i received said 2 of the items are out of stock and won't be available for 1 to 3 weeks, this is inconvenient but i was fine with that, the issue i've got is that no one contacted me in 9 days to inform me of this i had to contact them and the rest of the order hadn't been posted out either. My son has a golf competition this weekend and it coincides with his birthday, the components were going to be used to build him a putter and present it to him before the competition but this will not happen now. Im disappointed to say the least.

Excellent service and product...reasonably priced

I was sceptical about buying a graphite shaft I had not tested on the range. However the price I felt was worth taking a chance on and the manufacturer was a known brand in the Japanese market. Delivery was quick and as described on their website - a graphite shaft with Titleist adaptor and Golf Pride grip all for £48. Tested on the range today and my experience was better than expected. So much so that I am considering replacing the shaft on my 3 wood with Nordica.

Nordica golf are very professional and well run company. Ordered my custom made clubs and received them 5 days later. They keep you informed by e-mail the customer service is very good. My clubs are very well made exactly what I asked for. Well done Nordica Golf.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. It said on the website my shaft would be made up and sent out within 48 hours. Been waiting ever since and just had an email today 2 weeks later stating that it’s ready to be sent out. Abit disappointing

Can not fault the sevice

Need to improve on the shipment service. Shipment has been bouncing around from one place to another. Probably they dont know how to ship items to Northern Ireland... Made purchase on 21/5 and till today still haven't received my shafts! Thats more than 5 working days.. I will give 3 stars instead of 2 as they were able to provide me replacement parts for a decent price.
