Ordered 10 grips on 14th September and paid extra for fast delivery. 1 week later no grips and rang up to be told they were not in stock yet my order was allowed to be completed online with no notice of this. 3 weeks later and grips have still not arrived

Slight problem with payment when first placing my order but it was quickly resolved - very good communication. The new shaft was dispatched promptly . Very good selection of shafts, adapters and grips gives a lot of choice so I could get exactly what I needed and it has made all the difference to my driver.

Only issue was the time between shipping and delivery - shipped 24th Aug. delivered 3rd Sept. Despite this would definitely use this company again.
