Bought a replacement shaft for my ping g30 but on fitting it ping head developed a crack. Sent it back to ping who washed their hands of it as it was not a standard shaft despite this being a known flaw with ping heads. Henrik sent replacement head at no charge within 2 days of hearing about the problem. I can honestly say I've never come across customer service as good as this ever before.I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a new shaft for my Calloway XR Pro driver. Information and help on the page about the various shafts was very good and aided in my selection. They had run out of their supply of adapters for this particular Driver but informed me of the delay. New shaft is excellent, exactly what I wanted - only reason I haven't given it 5 is because of the delay. Will use them again.

Simple procedures and good service

I have been using Nordica Golf for about 3 years now and everything has been perfect. Great service and good quality clubs at affordable prices. I only had one quality problem where a shaft broke. The club was replaced immediately. Great service.

Whilst the item I bought was 1st class and the postage good, I found that the site itself left something to be desired. Even now after I have received my golf shaft, I can find no trace of any order despite receiving an email to tell me the order number.

I bought from Nordica golf a couple of years ago .I was pleased to see how easy it wasto order a new shaft for my driver and actually went with their recommendation.So when i bought a new driver recently i decided i wanted the same shaft again however my old one didnt fit as the adapter sleeve is different.So i ordered again from Nordica The shaft arrived within the week and i tried it.Unfortunately it snapped as i leaned on it not heavily.I sent an email regarding my disappointment .They replied immediately asking me to send a photo of the broken shaft .I did this and they agreed to send a new one out straight away no questions asked.Great customer support and delighted with new shaft which arrived 4 days after my email.

New shaft for Ping G Driver built to required spec and delivered in 10 days. Most of this period in shipping from Sweden to UK. Shaft build quality good with correct Ping adaptor and Golf Pride grip. Made 1" shorter than normal resulting in almost all strikes now on centre of face. Shorter shaft reduces variability of strike and highly recommended.
