Arrived in good condition exactly as described. edit: the Riggs pants were not even close to the size as labeled, shorter by 5 inches and wider by two but the price was right. I was called twice because my card had a chargeback associated with it, even though I have never ordered from Discount Safety Gear before. I didn't mind the calls, I appreciated the customer service even if it was repetitive. After confirming my order twice, I didn't receive any shipping information. When I emailed customer service for shipping information, they told me that my order had been canceled. I was unaware of the cancelation, and did not have any cancelation email hit my inbox. It would have been nice if they would have called to let me know like they did with my order confirmation.
