The price was very reasonable and the time in which it took to receive my order was good.

Received wrong product and when I tried to return it the representative argued with me saying I ordered the wrong item. Two days later they called me back and said it turned out that the product was listed incorrectly. I was never offered an exchange for the correct product; when I asked about sending the items back the representative said, “just keep it, we don’t want it back.” Poor service, poor attitude means I’ll NEVER spend my good American money at this store, ever. I’ll also happily tell friends and family to steer clear of these jokers.

Easy access

All but one of the items we ordered shipped out without too much delay, but one was backordered. They gave us an expected day when it would be back in stock - and it did, indeed come in by that time and was shipped to us. While we had to "make do" for a short time, we were happy to get the item when we did.

The speed at which the item I purchased arrived to my home. There was a bit of misunderstanding and I would have preferred to be provided a tracking information so that I knew when the item was shipped and the date it would arrive. As most companies provide. However it was still stellar how quickly it arrived.
