i placed an order over a month ago, product was in stock online yet, i am told it is not in stock but would be by NOV 3rd, do you want to wait, I stated I would yet, I am still told no clue as to when it will be restocked and now it is 11-8-2023 - but worse is part is i have paid for product and no one reaches out to me except to give a review not to update me on my paid non received order

I ordered 6 medium full coveralls with hoods and boots, but received 4 that matched the description, 1 in a medium without the hood and boots, and 1 in xl without hood and boots. 1 replacement suit was sent after I informed of the xl, but I did not notice the medium without the hood and boots until it was time to use them.

Never received order

I ordered 5 pairs of jeans and only received 2. Can't get a response as to if the rest of my order will be filled.

The hard hats were broken.

There was a problem with what I had ordered I contacted customer service and without hesitation or a lot of questions they made everything right and shipped me my makeup order that day and I received it the day after I love the service I received and I will be ordering from them again very happy with the service I received from discount safety gear and happy with the product also
