Responsive & quick! I actually ended up cancelling my order because the item was on backorder & I needed it for a new job site. The item wasn't in the shipment they thought it would be in. They emailed & I told them I needed to cancel. Had the refund in a few hours!

I would've easily given a 5 star review if the packages didn't take 13 days from the order date to the delivery date..
