Positives - The company is good about emailing updates pertaining to the purchase and scheduled delivery. Follow up on satisfaction has been great. The charge to my card was removed without intervention. Negatives - The day of scheduled delivery I received an email requesting confirmation of receipt. ~2 days later (waited as suggested) the package did not arrive so I reachout with inquiry. The response was that your order has been canceled. This implies the package was never sent. There was NO communication of an issue with my order or an attempt to complete the purchase with a different selection. Ordered required safety boots in a timely manner to be received before travel. ~2wks before the scheduled trip. Corporate company card used for purchase.

Discount Safety Gear is a simple, all in one place to find PPE that doesn't break the bank. We need all manner of PPE at the farm, and DSG makes it easy and affordable to get what we need without sacrificing the quality/longevity of the products we're using. I've purchased products from the site twice now, and have been very pleased. The earmuffs and impact goggles from DSG have withstood the harsh, in-the-field quality control that Amazon and other dirt-cheap options just don't last through. DSG has been the perfect source for higher quality PPE that is inexpensive (when you need enough for the whole crew) but not cheap (aka. unrealistically fragile). I've also found that these products can be washed in a residential washing machine on a gentle cycle, though I would not recommend putting items like impact goggles or the like in a dryer. So far, I've seen nothing but quality from the site, and my first stop will be here for our next quarterly purchase!

Pleased with the variety in options, easy to customize and despite the request for patience as orders fill, they were fast and delivered quickly. I received an email for delivery really early and was a little nervous at first, but our items arrived well within the ETA.
