Everything was great except for the beginning when I placed the order I didn't know they were closed for a week. For some reason I didn't receive an email letting me know. Afterwards they responded quickly and had all of the instructions on the email for the process which went seamlessly. I would definitely order again.

The safety hard hats seem to be of good quality. Logo is quite a bit smaller than anticipated. From ordering to receiving the finished product took about a month maybe a bit longer which was a bit disappointing.
