I contacted Katherine about making an engagement ring in 2023, and the results were so fantastic that I asked her to make both of our rings for our wedding in November 2024! The rings themselves are beautiful and beautifully made, and what sets Katherine apart further is her attentive communication during the whole process. We were unsure on the style of the engagement ring, but we were able to speak to Katherine directly who helped us design a bespoke ring with all the elements we wanted. Katherine then sent us regular updates regarding the progress, including sourcing the type of stone, all while bearing in mind our price range. I’m very glad we found Katherine to help us so wonderfully with this part of our marriage. I can’t recommend her highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her for any future rings!

Just purchased an Art Deco moissanite ring from Katherine. I ordered the ring in 9ct gold and emailed to ask if a modification to the stone setting was possible and was very surprised to receive a reply direct from Katherine assuring me it was no trouble and she was happy to help. Brilliant customer service from a lady who is clearly passionate about jewellery and committed to delighting her customers! The ring arrived in a beautiful velvet box surrounded by classy packaging. It is stunning, the sparkle and brilliance are amazing and I am thrilled with it. I needed the ring for a specific date so contacted Customer Service and they were so helpful and kept me informed of progress! I have bought several pieces of jewellery from Katherine over the years. Mostly rings, one bracelet. I have always been delighted with my purchase. The beautiful pink sapphire will be going to my new granddaughter as a family heirloom to hopefully pass down the generations. My blue sapphire is frequently admired, even by strangers. I also have an aquamarine ring and some moissanite pieces (earrings and rings) that I enjoy wearing. Recently I contacted Customer Service for help with an issue and was impressed with the communication and support given. It far exceeded my expectation. Stunning Jewellery with top class service to match! I have looked at the Katherine James Jewellery website for some years, always with longing! Having had the opportunity to be able to purchase I bought two glorious rings. One yellow sapphire and diamond and the other a tanzanite and diamond. There were two tanzanite and diamond rings that I couldn't decide between so I emailed to ask for some advice - I was so shocked to receive a phone call from Claire! She said she likes to talk to people, get a feel for them and I can honestly say she was so lovely and I bought the ring she recommended. She was spot on - it is glorious! This is without doubt a high end shop with top quality products but with staff that genuinely care about what you want. I have followed Katherine James Jewellery and her gorgeous and dazzling posts on instagram for some years, and have lusted after so many of her glorious pieces. But as I’m not based in England I was a bit wary of ordering anything I hadn’t seen in person or online. So on a recent visit to the UK I thought I would see if I could have a look at the range when I was there. I contacted Katherine who replied straight away and kindly organised an appointment. I met with her amazing colleague Claire, who was just divine and showed me a selection from their sensational range. I ended up choosing a ring and earrings. Claire organised resizing and the ring was delivered by courier to my hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was exceptional, and the KJJ team are so lovely and polite. It was a memorable part of my trip and I’m so glad I reached out as I wondered if it might not work out. In the end I needn’t have worried about ordering online- all I needed was my ring size! Exceptional.. So communicative, attentive, and understanding... I was stressing about the ring coming and Kathryn couldn't have done enough to smooth things over she gave me every viable ulternative possible turned out the ring was delivered earlier and was exactly the right size... She couldn't have been more helpful and the ring is unreal
