Just before our 15th Wedding Anniversary my husband presented me with the ultimate surprise, an eternity ring... with a difference. The beautiful old cut diamond and sapphire target ring was perfect, the most sparkly ring with an incredible central diamond, a vintage feel (which I love) and three circles to represent my husband, son and myself. I wear this ring every day and not a day goes by that I can't quite believe that this exquisite ring is mine. The ring was a little big and Katherine went out of her way to have it re-sized and returned to me in a day, such amazing customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katherine and her beautiful jewellery and I feel very lucky to own this piece.

A gorgeous 5* experience from start to finish. From meeting Katherine and James in London over g&t’s, looking over her treasures and then finding the ring, it was everything we could have hoped for. Her selection of jewels is second to none, stunning rings that you simply won’t find anywhere else. Anything you want, she can do it. Katherine’s advice, guidance and suggestions were amazing - even going to the ladies toilets to look at it sparkle in the the light and the mirrors - she really understands what you’re looking for and pulls out rings that you didn’t even know you’d want. Wow, this is probably the hardest review to write, as there is nothing bad to say at all! From start to finish, the journey with Katherine is superb. She has such a wonderful collection of jewellery, from large to small, and everything you could want in-between. There is vintage and scarcely found, to wonders of modern design all under one roof, to suit every budget. I have been lucky enough to have purchased rings (or rocks, as I like to call them) from Katherine, and a few sets of beautiful vintage earrings. The quality and price is second to none. The jewels are show stoppers, everywhere I go, everyone asks me where they are from and how do they get one. I've also been lucky enough to live near Katherine, and been able to try on quite a few items, which is just fabulous. Rocks have also been delivered via insured post, and it's super quick. The entire service is impeccable, the customer journey is a joy and the knowledgable advice that Katherine provides is top-notch. This is the only jeweller I will use now, and my friends are now following suit. It is a dream to finally find a trustworthy, high quality jeweller that is focussed on you, and your needs. My partner ordered me the most beautiful Diamond Art Deco ring as a surprise - I’d sent him a link a while back (lol 😜) unfortunately it was too big for me so I had to send it back to be re-sized. I’d initially contacted KJ via Facebook messenger to enquire about returning my ring to be re-sized. Very quickly I got the loveliest response from the team who assured me they would be happy to re-size my ring. They responded with clear instructions and information in the kindest no hassle way. When my ring was on the way back to me, there were major issues with Royal Mail. I regularly spoke with Rachel who again was so lovely and responsive and very quick to sort this out. My ring and the beautiful box it arrived in are absolutely stunning ❤️ I’ve already enquired with the ladies about a band to go with my ring (I feel like I know them!) Hi Katherine, I fainted when I saw my ring.... I love it, no scratch that, I adore it. Smelling salts had to be employed! And, oh my word the packaging!! Its lush, so luxurious and beautifully presented. I felt like I was the Queen opening such a regal box, with the lovely pink tissue paper and the little pink sticker to hold it together. Then nestled in the bottom is the gorgeous velvet box with my ring inside it. Its absolutely exquisitely presented Katherine and I would buy another ring just to go through the pleasure of opening it again. Thank you so so much Katherine and your lovely team who made it all happen in the background. I'm a dedicated KJ customer now, as not only are the pieces you sell of "top drawer" quality, the prices are within ordinary people's budget.
