The delivery was fast and on time and our dog loves the food

Great, fresh products and amazing customer service!

Absolutely no issue with the food. My dog seemed to really enjoy it. However I don’t think much of the service from RMS. My dogs food for the month ran out today but his delivery is not due until tomorrow. I contacted RMS as I was expecting the next batch today but I was informed that because of the date my subscription renewed on being a Friday, I wouldn’t receive the order in time. According to RMS it’s my responsibility to check the subscription dates and adjust accordingly. The company we used before RMS never left us without food for our dog and all we did was pay the monthly fee and they handled the rest. I understand their point however I’m sure like the previous company we used they could of found a way to actually get us our delivery on time even if that meant contacting me and asking me to adjust the subscription date so they could take their payment early. Once again the food seems great, the service does not.

Our dogs love the food, and will choose it over other brands, ordering is easy and delivery super fast, the team are always super helpful with any questions/problems too, would highly recommend.

A direct issue with the delivery company had a knock-on-effect to my order. I contacted Raw Made Simple who quickly picked up the issue and dealt with very efficiently...great outcome, great service!!!

Professional, caring, efficient and responsive

I cannot recommend raw made simple enough!! I have 5 small terriers who I feed from here, absolutely love the condition they are in as they are all shown at various levels. Delivery is quick and packed well with no excess plastic and easily recyclable cartons. All the various flavours are very palatable and mush excitement at mealtimes!! Great value and great quality!! Sensible advice was happily given over the phone when needed.

Always happy with the ease of ordering and delivery. Packaging which doesn't leak or make a mess when defrosting like so many others do! Meat is good quality and my boys love it.

My two french bull dogs love this food Literally the best raw food I have got for them. The packaging is so good and easy to use compared from other raw foods we have tried. Will continue to use for my two boys

Tried Raw Made simple after using a few other brands, my frenchie got loose stools on other suppliers. Since swapping 5 weeks ago his 💩 are firmer and less messy. He loves the different varieties on offer, delivery was quick and straight forward.

Fabulous customer service, very speedy (and free) delivery. Personalised advice available by the bucket load. More importantly the food is fabulous, far better quality than any other I've tried - and over 12 years of raw feeding I've tried many! I genuinely cannot fault the company or the products. Worth every penny.

Service excellent as always. The food is very good quality. I tend to buy individual flavours now that I know which my Dogs prefer. It works out a bit more expensive but at least there isn't any waste like there was when I was purchasing the hampers. A little disappointed with the Beef ribs this time. Not much meat on them.

This is not the first time I've been on here the frozen dog food is great for the dog but DPD again just left it on the door step in really hot weather luckily I was in the front room when he turned up didn't even ring the bell when I nipped out to tell him just got a blank look before he drove off
