I ordered my Playseat and have had an amazing experience. The seat isn’t yet with me, I’ve been speaking with Jesse at Playseat and what a brilliant service I’ve been given. I had a few questions to ask, my questions were answered quickly and with all of the detail I needed. Jesse also asked how I was? this kind of question says to me these people care and they do. This is my 2nd seat from Playseat, I’ve returned as a customer not only because I love what what they produce the service backs-up the awesome seat. I cannot wait for the new seat to arrive. My seat arrived after a small delivery hiccup and what a seat it is. The delivery hiccup was nothing to do with Playseat, yet they dealt with the hiccup as if they’d had caused it. I couldn’t speak to Jesse as he was on leave Nick came back to me immediately and gave me the same superb level of service I received from Jesse. I cannot say enough good things about Jesse, Nick and Playseat. I’d recommend to anybody, everyday of the year to use this company they understand about customer service and do exactly what they say they will and then go beyond if you’re having any problems. I have my own business and would employ Jesse and Nick in a heartbeat it’s these types of people that ensure the companies good name remains good if not better and guarantee customers will return I know, I’ll be returning - Jesse and Nick are awesome people. Use this company, you will have a great experience which continues when the seat in built and in use.

Bonjour, J’ai commandé mon siège le 15 janvier et je l’ai reçu aujourd’hui, le 18 janvier. La livraison était parfaite, tout était bien dans le colis, très bien emballé et protégé. Concernant le montage, ça m’a pris 30 minutes à monter et à régler seul. Les explications sont très claires et les outils sont fournis avec. Le siège est parfaitement ajustable, confortable et esthétiquement réussi. Je recommande cet achat pour tout fan de simu-racing car après quelques heures de test, je peux déjà dire que l’expérience est totalement différente avec ou sans siège. Certes c’est un budget mais ça en vaut objectivement le coup. Le service après vente est aussi très bien, ils ont répondu avec rapidité à toutes mes demandes. Je recommande donc ce modèle et cette marque très sérieuse.

The product I ordered was the Formula Pro Red Bull edition. The product and customer service were both excellent. It took a few days to start getting the process of paying customs duties and shipping the product going. This was most likely due to the holidays and the store being overwhelmed. After the product shipped I received it 3 days earlier than expected. The product only took 4 days to arrive once it was shipped. Shipping speed was excellent considering my product was coming from Europe and had to go through customs as I live in the United States. Once the product arrived I was able to put it together in an hour. The instructions are brief but they are clear, helpful, and directly to the point. The quality of the product is great. I have around 100 hours of time in the cockpit and it is very comfortable. I have an 8nm direct drive wheel attached to the base and although there is a tiny amount of flex you won’t notice it while racing at all. I have load cell pedals attached to the pedal mount and there is no flex there at all. Overall this is a great product and I would highly recommend it. The only downside of this product is that since this is such great quality I am thinking of upgrading to a formula intelligence lol.

Très bon siège, au montage on remarque tout de suite la qualité de fabrication, les vis serres bien fort on a aucune crainte de casser quelque chose. Côté est éthique les détails sont brodés sur le tissu tout est jolie. Monté en 1h avec un ami à moi, nous avons pu en profiter tout de suite après sur Forza et c’est vraiment agréable. Le shifter pro pris en complément est indispensable à mon avis pour avoir le levier de vitesse plus bas que le volant comme en situation réel. Merci à l’équipe qui a pu changer ma commande car je m’étais trompé de version en commandant. Service commercial excellent

Der Playseat in der Forza Edition ist in der Verarbeitung 1A! Das Metallgestell ist in einem schönen Schwarz seidenmatt. Der Sitz aus Kunstleder ( Vinyl) ist sauber verarbeitet und bequem . Die Platte für die Pedale ist im Winkel verstellbar und Schrauben zum belästigen der Pedale ( hier von logitec) sind beim playseat dabei und es gibt vorhandene Löcher zum befestigen . Beim Lenkrad das selbe, man kann es zusätzlich zu den Klemmungen vom Lenkrad ( logitec) durch vorhandene Löcher befestigen . Die Kabel können durch‘s Rohr zum Lenkrad verlegt und sauber befestigt werden . Kenne keine Konkurrenz Produkte aber das möchte ich auch nicht, den zwei playseats in super Qualität reichen das es irgend wann auch ein 3. wird .

Had preordered a nice Playseat trophy via customer service. Was a pleasure to write with. Fast, polite and helpful. Shipped really fast. Playseat is very sturdy and beautiful.

Qualité au top. J'ai commandé le playseat évolution alcantara noir. J'ai reçue en 3jours. Colis impeccable. Montage très facile les 3 outils qui son fournie pour le montage de très bonne qualité ce qui est rare. Le cuir est de très bonne est l'ensemble en métal très solide. Il faut compter une bonne heure pour ensuite monter le volant et le pedalier et trouver le bon réglage. Mais une fois prêt a joué c'est juste géniale. Que de sensations. Moi j'ai installer un t248 thrusmaster et c juste diabolique. Au peut jouer des heure sans s'en rendre compte. Très heureux de mon achats. Je recommande à 3000%
