Going through a rough patch with my landlady. She issued me a section 21 after me reporting a lot of problems with my property mould in particular Have a case open with the council aswell She started dealing with the issues recently Hence this comment now She employed this company to fit two glass panes and adjust me bedroom windows And half hour after there visit I had an email off my landlady Saying to sort out the curtain bracket in my bedroom before I leave along some other things that only the window fitter could of seen I’ve reported this to the council as this is spying and weird to be honest Do not trust this company in your home Clearly cant be trusted being left alone to do a job

We recently had issues with our downstairs window where we noticed a leak and also most of our windows were old and tired. Our neighbours recommended K&M installs and we couldn’t be happier with that recommendation. We initially were only going to replace our back windows as they needed the most attention however we had a quote to do our whole house, 5 windows in total, and the quote was really reasonable and affordable. From the quote all the way through to the install and completion was fantastic, extremely professional and really personable people. The install was quick and easy and they did everything on the same day, and cleaned up the house after all work done. Honestly this company can not come highly recommended from myself and will definitely be using them in future should we need to! Many thanks K&M absolute legends

K&M Installs have just installed a new composite front door & 2 new windows. I'm impressed with the whole job, from the quoting to the finished result. The service we received from K and M Installs Ltd, was exemplary. Kris was extremely professional when he visited us to measure up for three new windows. He provided a clear and concise explanation in writing regarding the work to be done and the cost. His fitters arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were personable and professional. They installed the windows within 5 to 6 hours and cleared away any mess both inside the flat and outside in the garden too. Highly recommended.

We have had two bedroom windows replaced by K and M installs, and their service was excellent. From the quotation right through to the fitting, the service was extremely smooth and straightforward. The fitters arrived on time and we’re so particular in putting covers down to protect our carpets etc, and the work was completed to a very high standard, and they left no mess, they cleaned everything away, and we are extremely happy with their service, and would highly recommend.

Can’t find fault with this company! At every stage they showed the utmost professionalism- prompt, gave excellent advice and were very competitive. After the initial survey I selected the door I wanted and a date was set to instal two weeks later. The work was carried out seamlessly, the workers were polite and professional. They cleaned up and removed all rubbish. All fensa documents have been provided and after care - although non needed as job was perfect! Very pleased with my new door. Will definitely use this company again 👍
